Manoj Govindan

Manoj Govindan is a seasoned professional in technology innovation and strategic partnerships, currently serving as a Venture Builder at PGIM since January 2022, where the focus is on executing a federated Technology Innovation Portfolio by integrating financial, human, and intellectual capital. Additionally, Manoj co-leads the PRIDE Employee Resource Group at Prudential Financial, aimed at fostering a community for LGBTQ+ individuals within the organization. Previous experience includes serving in various advisory roles and venture building positions across multiple organizations, including Prudential Financial, Monotto, and Pryon, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology for business transformation and financial health. Manoj holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Karnatak University, obtained between 1988 and 1991.
