Maurice Kuykendoll

Maurice Kuykendoll currently serves as CFO for Japan and Emerging Markets and CFO of Group Insurance at Prudential Financial since June 2012, contributing significantly to the company's finance transformation and expense management. Previously, Maurice held roles including VP for Transformation Finance Lead, where responsibilities included overseeing the Corporate & Other segment, and VP Controller, managing financial reporting for Japanese insurance operations. Maurice also completed a crucial 21-month international assignment as Director of Financial Reporting for Gibraltar Life Insurance, enhancing financial processes. As Co-Chair of the Black Leadership Forum, Maurice works to empower Black employees and foster inclusion. Earlier roles at Prudential include Chief of Staff to the CFO and Corporate Approval and Funding Coordinator. Maurice holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hampton University.
