Megan Cremins

Megan Cremins is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in enterprise litigation and regulatory law. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Litigation Officer at Prudential Financial since July 2015, Megan has held various positions, including Vice President and Director of Corporate Counsel, focusing on enterprise litigation. Prior to Prudential, Megan was the Director of Compliance at Atikus Investments Incorporated, where responsibilities included expanding access to capital for MSME credit lenders through innovative risk solutions. Earlier in the career, Megan worked as a Litigation Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel from 2007 to 2014. Megan holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
