Shyam Sivasankaran Nair Swaroop is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and technology management. Currently serving as Director - Tech Lead at Prudential Financial since October 2022, Shyam collaborates with global technology partners to enhance customer experiences. Previously at Cognizant for a decade, Shyam held various positions including Tech Manager and Tech Lead, focusing on technology architecture, full-stack development, and project management across multiple frameworks. Additional experience includes roles at Dell Services and IBS Software Services, with a strong foundation in Java and web application development. Shyam holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University and an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University.
