Steven Kim is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate counsel and litigation, currently serving as Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Prudential Financial since June 2016. In this role, Steven provides strategic guidance on product development and management, focusing on various insurance products, while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Prior to Prudential, Steven held positions at MetLife and several prestigious law firms, including Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where extensive experience in complex litigation, particularly within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, was gained.
