Suyoon Shin

Suyoon Shin serves as the VP and Chief Architect for Global Voice and Contact Center Technology at Prudential Financial since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Anthem, Inc. from March 2015 to November 2020, where Suyoon held various positions including Application Architect Executive and Senior Application Architect. Prior to that, Suyoon worked at ADP as a Core Voice/Unified Communications Technical Specialist focusing on Avaya systems from October 2012 to March 2015. Early career experience includes a Network Analyst position at Montclair State University where Suyoon planned and implemented network hardware and software solutions, along with a role as Student Network Technician diagnosing campus wireless network issues. Suyoon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Finance from Montclair State University.
