Pasalaree Theerasas

Pasalaree Theerasas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Chief Customer and Technology Officer at Prudential Life Assurance Public Company Ltd. in Thailand since July 2016. Prior roles at Prudential include Chief Customer and Operations Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Pasalaree previously held several senior positions at AIG from April 1994 to June 2016, including Senior Vice President for South East Asia Claims and Operations, where responsibilities encompassed developing operational initiatives and overseeing customer service operations. In academia, Pasalaree contributed as Chairperson of the Department of Real Estate and Property & Casualty Insurance at Assumption University, focusing on curriculum development and lecturing in various insurance subjects. Pasalaree holds a Master of Science in Insurance from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance from Assumption University.
