Wachara Silitep is a seasoned professional in the field of learning innovation and digital learning, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Innovation at Prudential Life Assurance Public Company Ltd. (Thailand) since August 2020. Wachara leads an innovation team, focusing on training, equipment procurement, and curriculum development, while ensuring content is effectively organized for online and offline delivery. Previously, Wachara held managerial roles at Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group and Krungsri, specializing in eLearning content development and the SuccessFactors platform. Wachara's career began at AIA, where strategic digital communications were paramount, followed by experience in marketing communications at Thai Life Insurance. An alumnus of Ubon Ratchathani University, Wachara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
