Sarah Valenziano

Sarah Valenziano is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Vice President & Corporate Counsel at Prudential Capital Group since August 2015, Sarah previously held the position of Partner and Senior Associate at Lindquist & Vennum from October 2007 to July 2015. Earlier career experience includes an Associate role at Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC from September 2006 to August 2007 and at Guardian Law Group in 2006. Sarah Valenziano earned a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Economics from Tulane University.
