Thais Alexander

Thais Alexander is an experienced legal and finance professional, currently serving as Vice President & Corporate Counsel at Prudential Private Capital since June 2008, specializing in private placement debt and equity as well as securities. Prior to this role, Thais held the position of Senior Associate at Mayer Brown LLP, focusing on banking and finance from July 2004 to June 2008, and served as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in the same field from September 2001 to June 2004. Thais holds an MBA in Investment Analysis and a JD in Corporate Transactions from the University at Buffalo School of Management and School of Law, respectively, and completed a BA in Political Science and English at Canisius University.
