Brian Ssempanyi

Brian Ssempanyi has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Brian is currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Prudential Uganda since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Manager at Prudential Assurance Uganda Limited from April 2019. Brian also held the position of Senior Information Technology and communication officer at the same company, where they were responsible for maintaining system efficiency and supporting LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. Brian started their career as an IT officer (intern) at Civil Aviation Authority Uganda, MSH strides Uganda in August 2012 and served until January 2014.

Brian Ssempanyi completed their A'level UACE with a focus on Arts in advanced level at Seeta High School Mukono in 2005-2006. Later, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Network and System Administration/Administrator at Makerere University from 2008 to 2012. Their education continued at Makerere University, where they earned a Master's degree in Information Technology from 2019 to 2021.
