Khoa Nguyen

Khoa Nguyen currently serves as the AVP - Head of Operations Governance at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd., overseeing operations quality assurance, risk and compliance management, strategy, and performance management since November 2023. Previously, Khoa held positions at KPMG Vietnam as a PMO for a leading digital healthcare service provider and as Associate Director focusing on customer experience and operations. Khoa also contributed as a Business Mentor to the Vietnam Social Innovation Challenge, guiding teams to notable achievements. Earlier career highlights include a successful tenure at Bell Canada, recognized for leadership and significant cost reduction initiatives, as well as relevant experience at Google and Dell. Khoa holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with a focus on Business Management Systems from Carleton University.
