Karen Fung

Karen Fung has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Group Manager for People Experience and Culture and Capability at Prudential plc since May 2018. Previously, Karen held various roles at Prudential, including Regional Manager for Talent and Leadership and HR Manager for Workforce Planning, after starting at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad as Manager of Learning and Talent Management from June 2017 to May 2018. Early in the career, Karen worked as a Regional Reward Specialist and HR Executive in Prudential's Asia Regional Office and served as Payroll Manager at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. from October 2009 to January 2013. Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, obtained in 2009.
