Rodolfo Padilla Ruiz

Rodolfo Padilla Ruiz has a diverse range of work experience in technical support, IT systems, automation, and 3D printing. Rodolfo worked as a Technical Support- 3D Printing at Prusa Research, providing technical support and customer service. Rodolfo also translated documentation for the knowledgebase. Prior to that, they owned their own business called fofo.works, where they provided services such as computer and electronics technician. Rodolfo then worked as an IT Systems Technician at TransPerfect, managing IT Helpdesk operations and maintaining workstations and phones. Rodolfo was also an Implementation Engineer at Growth Acceleration Partners, where they configured web modules for client e-commerce sites. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at PlumChoice, providing remote technical support for end users. Rodolfo also has experience in information technology support at Experian and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they provided support for employees in various areas such as network, VPN, and business applications. Before that, they worked as an Automation Technician at Corporación Pipasa, where they provided support for electrical and industrial machinery maintenance. Overall, Rodolfo has a strong background in technical roles and customer service.

Rodolfo Padilla Ruiz began their education journey in 2004 at Liceo de Belen, where they obtained their High School Diploma in High School/Secondary Diploma Programs in 2007. Following that, from 2004 to 2007, they attended Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje INA, specializing in Industrial Automation Electrician. After a brief hiatus, Rodolfo pursued higher education at Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica from 2014 to 2021, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Currently, they are pursuing an Honors' degree in STEM at The Open University, which commenced in 2021 and is expected to conclude in 2027.
