Dana Nelson Eisinger

Dana Eisinger, OTR/LNHA, currently serves as Area Vice President of Sales at Elara Caring since July 2020, previously holding the position of Account Executive in Skilled Home Health. In addition, Dana has been an Independent Promoter for Prüvit since February 2019. Dana's prior experience includes various roles at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo from March 2011 to June 2020, including Director Of Rehabilitation Services and Administrator. Additionally, Dana worked as a Program Director at RehabCare from 2005 to 2011 and served as a Collegiate Volleyball Official as an Independent Contractor from 2005 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Saginaw Valley State University, completed between 1997 and 2001, and graduation from Adrian High School in 1997.
