Gene A. Johnson, CPA, has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Gene A. most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer and Equity Partner at PRYER Aerospace, where they played a key role in increasing sales and improving EBITDA. Before that, they held the position of CFO at Apex Engineering International, LLC, a $130 million aerospace parts manufacturer. Prior to that, they were the CFO at HM Dunn AeroSystems.

Earlier in their career, Gene held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President at Accenture, ABPO-Wichita, where they were responsible for corporate strategy and client relationships. Gene A. also served as the CFO of Optima Bus Corporation, where they successfully led the financial recovery of the company and sold it for $33 million. Additionally, they were the CFO of Stratitec, a manufacturer and distributor of computer peripherals, and Controller at Koch Industries, a multi-national diversified company.

Gene began their career as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse and later worked as a Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong financial management skills and a track record of achieving results.

Gene A. Johnson, CPA began their education in 1978 at Cloud County Community College, where they did not obtain a degree or field of study. Gene A. then attended Kansas State University from 1980 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
