Jeff Costlow

Jeff Costlow is an accomplished professional in platform and software security with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Architect for Platform & Software Security at Pryon since November 2023, Jeff is responsible for the security of the R&D team and the Secure Development LifeCycle for a SaaS environment. Previously, as Deputy CISO at ExtraHop Networks from October 2016 to September 2023, Jeff focused on securing products, cloud deployments, and customer data, while also leading a Threat Research team. Experience also includes roles as Software Security Architect at Tempered Networks and Manager of Product Development at F5 Networks, where Jeff contributed to the secure development lifecycle and led significant product innovations. Early career experience includes positions at CyberSafe and Applied Computing Systems, fostering a solid foundation in security. Jeff holds a BS in Computer Science from South Dakota Mines.
