Pryor Cashman partner Conrad Chiu is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Creditors’ Rights and Litigation Groups.

He helps large national banking institutions, middle-market lenders, hedge funds, pension funds, state entities, asset-based lenders and equipment lessors confront the ever-growing range of issues that arise during bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.

Appearing on behalf of clients in federal courts throughout the United States, Conrad represents creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy, including litigation, workouts, restructuring, and secured lending.

Conrad is known for handling cases that are extremely complex. Working with major bank clients, he defends fraudulent conveyance actions, secures and recovers assets and collateral in bankruptcy cases, and negotiates cash collateral agreements and Chapter 11 reorganization plans. He also serves as special counsel to two state entities.
