Andrew Ross

Andrew Ross is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in submarine cable installation. Currently serving as Proposal Lead Installation Engineer at Prysmian Group since February 2012, Andrew has honed leadership skills by overseeing proposal development for high voltage power cable interconnector projects. Previous roles at Prysmian Group include Senior Installation Engineer and Installation Design Engineer, where Andrew designed and managed subsea cable solutions for offshore renewable energy projects. Prior experience at Global Marine Systems Limited involved both cable route engineering and project management for emergency subsea cable repairs. Andrew's career began at Northumbrian Water, where skills in GIS and AutoCAD were established. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Rural Resource Development from Anglia Ruskin University.
