Federico Cianciosi

Federico Cianciosi is an experienced manufacturing executive with a strong background in digital systems and operational leadership. Currently serving as VP Manufacturing - Digital Systems and COO of Prysmian Romania, Federico Cianciosi oversees telecom and energy plants, ensuring the achievement of financial targets and industrial efficiencies while promoting digitalization and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this role, Federico Cianciosi held positions at Bekaert, including General Manager of the Slatina Plant and Plant Director at the Jining Steel Cord Co. in China, where significant expansion and operational excellence projects were executed. Federico Cianciosi began a career in the tire manufacturing industry with Pirelli, progressing through various engineering and quality assurance roles, and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università di Pisa, specializing in automation and robotics.
