Joao Carro Aderaldo

Joao Carro Aderaldo has an extensive work experience that includes various leadership roles in different companies. Joao Carro started their career in 2004 as a Sales Manager at Moeller Electric. In 2005, they joined Schneider Electric as a Vice-President and held this position until 2016. In 2016, they joined Prysmian Group as the Global Chief Commercial Officer. In 2019, Joao became the President of the Board at ABRAMAT. Joao Carro'stenure in this role lasted until April 2022.

Joao Carro Aderaldo has a diverse education history. Joao Carro completed an Advanced Leadership Program in Management at SDA Bocconi in 2017-2018. In 2015, they pursued a degree in Finance at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Joao also attended the University of Cambridge in 2014 for The Prince of Wales's Business and Sustainability Programme. Before that, they participated in the Lead to Inspire program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and the Lead to Impact program at the London Business School. Joao earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Universidade Paulista in 2001-2002. Joao Carro obtained a Superior degree in Electrical Engineering from FESP - Faculdade de Engenharia São Paulo in 1989-1996. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Electrotechnology at Escola Técnica Federal de São Paulo in 1985-1988. Joao has plans to pursue a course on Sustainability for Sales Executives at SDA Bocconi in 2024.
