Jordi Grabolosa Caralt

Jordi Grabolosa Caralt has extensive work experience in the field of research and development (R&D) in various positions. Jordi currently serves as the VP Group R&D Design, Materials & Sustainability at Prysmian Group since February 2021. Jordi previously held the position of Chief Engineer - R&D Director Latin America from October 2016 to January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Development Manager for both the Oil & Gas Business from December 2014 to October 2016 and the Trade & Installers Business from September 2011 to December 2014 within Prysmian Group. Before joining Prysmian Group, they worked as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Prysmian Group from September 2009 to August 2011. Prior to their tenure at Prysmian Group, they worked at General Cable as a Product Development Engineer from June 2002 to February 2009.

Jordi Grabolosa Caralt has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitat de Barcelona, which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. Jordi then pursued a Master's degree in Business Innovation from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2011 to 2013. Later on, they completed the International Leadership Program and the Advanced Leadership Program at SDA Bocconi, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Jordi completed the International Leadership Program from 2014 to 2016 and the Advanced Leadership Program from 2020 to 2022.
