Rob Caillet

Rob Caillet, CSP, currently serves as the Vice President of HSE for Prysmian, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Rob held various roles at Encore Wire Corp from January 2019 to December 2024, including Vice President of Environmental, Health, & Safety and Corporate Director of Environment Health Safety. Prior experience includes Locomotive & Mining EHS Manager at GE Transportation (August 2012 - January 2019), Senior EHS Manager at Bell Helicopter (January 2010 - August 2012), Senior EHS Engineer at Vought Aircraft (January 2008 - January 2010), and Manufacturing Division Safety Manager at NORDAM (March 2000 - January 2008). Rob Caillet earned a degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Environmental and Industrial Safety from Oklahoma State University between 1994 and 1998.
