Hayley Kushner

Hayley Kushner is an experienced educator currently serving as the Head Teacher at PS 6 The Lillie Devereaux Blake School since August 2023. Previously, Hayley held multiple roles at Camp Chen-A-Wanda, including Assistant Head Counselor and Division Head from June 2016 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing a division of campers and organizing schedules. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Teacher at Rodeph Sholom School and Student Teacher at Montpelier Elementary School, focusing on student engagement and data-driven lesson planning. Hayley has also contributed to philanthropy as Vice President of Philanthropy for Alpha Epsilon Phi. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Maryland.
