Jack Whisenhunt has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Jack began their career as a Software Engineer at L-3 Communications, Link Simulation & Training in 1978 and later transitioned to the role of Principle Analyst at L-3 Communications, Information Display Systems in 1980. In 1988, they joined Scientific-Atlanta, now known as CISCO, as a Senior Analyst and remained in this position until 1991. Following this, they became the Chief Information Officer at PS Energy Group in 1994 and has continued in this role till the present.
Jack Whisenhunt attended The University of Georgia from 1974 to 1978, during which they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Livia Whisenhunt established PS Energy Group, Inc. in 1985 as a wholesale marketer of bulk transportation fuels (natural gas, gasoline and diesel fuel) to industry and government. Through the acquisition of Unattended Fuel Outlets (UFOs) in metro Atlanta in 1989, the company expanded to serve retail customers as well. PS Energy has grown to become the nation’s third largest Hispanic-owned energy company (cited by Hispanic Business Magazine 2009), and one of the top diversity-owned businesses in the United States.
