David Caddle

VP, Government & Education Sales at PS LIGHTWAVE

David Caddle joined PS LIGHTWAVE as Chief Operating Officer in 2014 and transitioned into the role of Chief Revenue Officer in 2016. Prior to joining PS LIGHTWAVE’s leadership team, Mr. Caddle was Vice President of Operations for Phonoscope Enterprise Group beginning in 2004 and Project Manager for Phonoscope Enterprise Group from 1994 until 2004. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in the Greater Houston area, Mr. Caddle has worked closely with municipalities, wholesale carriers, wireless carriers, channel partners, enterprise and government entities, school districts, and public sector organizations for decades, cultivating strong relationships and gaining a vast breadth of knowledge that he shares with PS LIGHTWAVE customers. His careful, detail-oriented nature makes him naturally adept in the areas of contract review, strategic partnership building, and public sector regulatory oversight.

Mr. Caddle provides overall direction and guidance to the business development activities of PS LIGHTWAVE with the objective of maximizing revenue growth, profitability and retention through customer nurturing, as well as providing day-to-day leadership throughout the company. Mr. Caddle oversees the Business Development Team, with all PS Lightwave Business Development Executives reporting to him, directly. Mr. Caddle's diligence, ability and years of experience make him a natural leader, offering direct guidance and a strong sense of clarity within the company.

Mr. Caddle is a proud father of two children and is actively involved in their extra-curricular activities. He enjoys running 5Ks. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston in 1998.
