Trace England is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in VoIP operations and development. Currently serving as the Director of VoIP Operations and Development at PS LIGHTWAVE since December 2020, Trace has led the comprehensive development, maintenance, and monitoring of communications architecture, focusing on exceptional customer support and efficient issue resolution. Previously, as Co-Founder and COO of VirtualTone from August 2002 to December 2020, Trace played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a leading voice communications provider across North America. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior System Engineer at SKL Services, Inc., where Trace implemented disaster recovery technology, and as a Consulting System Engineer at iExalt Inc., contributing to the management of dial-up Internet services and designing web safety filters.
