Timothy W. Carter

Timothy W. Carter has extensive experience in quality control and construction materials testing, currently serving as the Director of Quality Control at P&S Paving Inc. since May 2014. Prior to this role, Timothy worked as the Quality Control Manager at The Middlesex Corporation from April 2010 to May 2014 and served as Technical Services Manager at Bechtol Engineering & Testing from January 2002 to April 2010. Timothy also held the position of CMT Manager at Deatrick Engineering Associates and was a CMT Lab Supervisor at Universal Engineering Sciences, Inc. Timothy holds a degree in Computer Technology from Coleman University and has completed coursework at Grossmont College. Additionally, Timothy is an ICC Certified Building Inspector.
