Barbra Branyan, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Barbra began their career in 1994 as an Independent Sales Director for Mary Kay Inc. In 2002, they became the Manager of Employee Benefits, HRIS and Payroll for Kemper Auto and Home (A Division of Unitrin). In this role, they worked directly with executive management in developing Human Resources strategies and policies with regard to the Unitrin acquisition. Barbra also managed the employee transition and ongoing analysis of multiple benefit plans/programs, as well as developed, implemented and managed internal policies for employee benefits for the Division. In 2005, they began working as a Consultant for Consult IT-HR/PSWebsolutions/Masco Contractor Services/Hyatt International/Life of the South, where they setup and rolled out Unemployment Program to 289 core office locations across the U.S. In 2007, they became the Vice President of Human Resources for Fortegra, where they participated with the senior team to integrate existing staff with new Senior Management and accomplished cultural change after recapitalization by a private equity firm. Barbra also improved the process to recruit high-level talent, upgrading to A players from a B and C player team, and led a team to move the organization to a pay for performance culture. In 2010, they began working for PS WebSolution as the Director of Implementation Services, and also worked for Consult IT-HR, Inc. as an HR and HRIS Consulting Services. In this role, they engaged in developing and implementing several large projects globally over the past 3 years with First Data Corporation in PeopleSoft using PSWebSolution's SmartForms applications and Taleo. Barbra also worked with internal project teams to bring Job and Position Profile data to the Self-Service SmartForm in a user friendly UI, allowing on-line modification of the Position Description, Skills, Qualifications and other content items, before pushing the data to Taleo and automatically creating the requisition.

Barbra Branyan, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has an educational background in Information Systems and Technology. Barbra obtained a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix between 1999 and 2001. In addition to their degree, they hold the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in December 2011, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and SHRM-SCP certifications from SHRM, obtained in February 2015.
