Jim Stallings is the current CEO of PS27 Ventures. Prior to that, they were the co-founder and CEO of E House Company from January 2000 to December 2002. Jim grew the company's sales to six locations and $7 million in annual sales in just two years. Before that, they were the Executive Vice President & COO of Physician Sales & Services from January 1997 to December 2000. Jim grew the company into the country's largest provider of medical supplies to the office-based physician market, with a $1.3 billion in revenue and 100,000 customers in all 50 states.

Previously, Jim Stallings worked at IBM for 25 years, most recently as the General Manager of Global Markets. In that role, they led a 9,000-member sales team spanning 172 countries. Jim also ran IBM's Linux software business and doubled revenues to $7B in 2 years, led the flagship mainframe business to record growth, and led the company's Intellectual Property Division with an IP portfolio of more than 39,000 patents and over $1B in annual revenue. Prior to that, they were a Satellite Data Analyst at GE from January 1983 to December 1985.

Jim Stallings has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Naval Academy.
