Bart Berings is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management across various industries. From February 2016 to July 2021, Bart served as the CHRO at Crop's, leading the HR function in a family-owned food SME. Previously, Bart held several HR roles at Borealis from 1988 to 2006, including HR Business Partner and HR Manager. Bart's experience also includes a senior HR role at Cargill Europe from November 2011 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing industrial relations across Belgium and other countries.
