Hawa Soumare

Hawa Soumare has a diverse work experience in various roles. Hawa currently works at PSA Banque France - Credipar as a Model Risk Manager, where they are responsible for monitoring and assessing model risk, conducting model controls, challenging proposed models, and coordinating with different stakeholders. Hawa also participates in risk projects and inspections/audits. Prior to this, they worked as a Credit Risk Controller and Analyst at Société Générale, specializing in international banking. Hawa has also worked as an Assistant in Innovation at Société Générale and as a Periscolar Animator at the Mairie de Grenoble.

Hawa Soumare's education history includes a Master's degree in finance with a specialization in risk management and mathematics from CY Cergy Paris Université, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Licence MIASHS (Mathématiques et informatique appliquées à l'économie) from Université Grenoble Alpes between 2015 and 2018. More recently, in 2019-2020, Hawa attended Paris ESLSCA Business School where they pursued an MBA in Trading-Finance de Marché with a focus on general finance. Additionally, they acquired a certification in Python Data Structures from Coursera in December 2019.
