Noel Ridlon

Noel Ridlon, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the North American Human Resources Business Partner at BDP International, where responsibilities include administering bonus programs and developing presentations based on employee engagement metrics. Previously, Noel held roles such as Global Human Resource Analyst, Human Resource Consultant, and Instructor for the SHRM CP/SCP Study Group. Additional experience spans positions in performance measurement, process management, and recruitment, demonstrating a comprehensive background in human resources. Noel holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and Utah Valley University.
