Barbara Santini

Barbara Santini is an experienced professional in customer relations and project management, currently serving as the Responsable de département at Banque Stellantis France - Credipar since June 2019. In this role, Barbara oversees the Customer Relations Center and manages claims related to Credipar financing, as well as organizing a team handling client requests. Previously, from September 2008 to May 2019, Barbara held various managerial positions at HSBC, including Directrice des Fonctions Support and Directrice des produits de « Banque au Quotidien », leading large teams and managing budgets, processes, and product development within retail banking. Additionally, Barbara has a strong background in project management and information systems, having worked at Sopra Steria and leading IT teams at HSBC. Barbara holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in management information systems from EPF Engineering School.
