Russell Spragis is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in railcar repair and performance assurance. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Railcar Repair at PSC Group since January 2025, Russell has held various roles including Performance Assurance Engineer at Salco Products Inc, Site Manager at Watco Companies LLC, Site Logistics Technician at Dow, and Supervisor of Field Operations at Union Tank Car Company over the span of several years.
