Franklin Harris

Franklin Harris serves as the Chief of Human Resources & Operations at Arden Wood since July 2019, where responsibilities include providing leadership and strategic direction across various departments and collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team. With extensive experience in human resources management, Franklin has held roles such as Director of Human Resources & Operations and Human Resources Manager, effectively overseeing operations, recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. Additional positions include consulting for Franklin Harris Consulting and serving as a Human Resources Consultant and Generalist in multiple organizations. Franklin holds an Executive Level Human Resource Management degree from California State University - East Bay and has an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biochemistry.
