Ann Bhat

Ann Bhat has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Ann worked as a HR Generalist at Generra from 1989 to 1992, and then moved on to Muzak, LTD where they held the same role from 1992 to 1995. In 1995, they joined Microsoft as an HR Manager until 2000. From 2012 to 2014, Ann was self-employed as a HR Consultant. Ann then joined PSC - Power Systems Consultants in 2014 as an HR Manager until 2017. Ann took a hiatus in 2017 and 2018 to focus on their role as a homemaker. In December 2018, they returned to PSC - Power Systems Consultants as the Head of People, a position they currently hold.

Ann Bhat attended Seattle Pacific University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Washington, although the specific dates of attendance were not provided.
