Timothy Brennan

Timothy Brennan currently serves as the Vice President for Government Relations at the Professional Services Council, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Brennan was the Staff Director for the Subcommittee on Technology Modernization and Oversight and Investigations at the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Veterans' Affairs from May 2021 to October 2023. Brennan's experience includes significant positions at the National Institute of Standards and Technology as both the Homeland Security Standards Program Manager and the Justice and Defense Program Manager, as well as a Congressional Detail to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Additional roles include a Legis Congressional Fellow at The Brookings Institution and consulting positions at Excella Consulting, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Lockheed Martin. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from the Virginia Military Institute, earned in 2002.
