Doug Weston

Doug Weston has extensive experience in the sales and operations field, spanning over several companies. Doug most recently worked at PSD Underwear, where they held the position of Director - Emerging Markets since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager from November 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining PSD Underwear, Doug worked at BBC International LLC as a West Coast Sales Executive from June 2018 to November 2019.

Throughout their time at Osiris Shoes, Doug contributed significantly to the company's growth and success. Doug managed the domestic US business, key accounts, and a global distribution network of over 40 countries. Doug also oversaw the transition from a distributor model to direct selling in European markets, expanded manufacturing to Brazil and Argentina, implemented new accounting procedures, and outsourced shipping to a 3PL. Additionally, they brought on board an international clothing licensee and laid the groundwork for future distribution in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Doug Weston attended Stockton University from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Management with a field of study in Management and Marketing. Before that, from 1981 to 1985, they attended Pequannock High School, where they studied History and took Business Classes.
