Margie Jensen

Director Of Human Resources at PSD

Margie Jensen has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Margie began their career in the Puyallup School District in 1987 as an Assistant Principal, serving at different schools within the district. Margie then advanced to become the Principal of Ballou Junior High School and later became the Co-Principal of Rogers High School. In 2002, Margie transitioned to become the Director of Student Services in the district, and then moved on to hold the position of Director of Human Resources in 2006. Margie retired from the Puyallup School District in December 2013 and has since worked part-time for both the Seattle and Puyallup School Districts.

Margie Jensen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Washington State University from 1970 to 1974. Margie then completed a Masters of Arts degree in Educational Administration from the University of Puget Sound from 1985 to 1987. In 2009 and 2010, Margie attended Western Washington University to obtain a Superintendent Credential in Educational Administration.
