Emily Lingle, UXMC, currently serves as the Director of Member Experience at PSECU, where responsibilities include driving member experience practices, coaching teams in service design using Design Thinking, and synthesizing insights from data to enhance consumer experiences. Previously, Emily held various roles at Carlisle Construction Materials, including CRM System Analyst and User Researcher, focusing on system strategy and conducting usability research. With a foundational background at Carlisle SynTec and National Government Services, Emily has developed expertise in web project management and e-learning development. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in Theatre from HACC, alongside additional certifications from An Event Apart and Nielsen Norman Group.
