John McCumiskey

John McCumiskey, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in asset management and engineering leadership, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering & Asset Management at PSEG Long Island LLC since January 2020. McCumiskey's career encompasses strategic development of asset management plans, compliance oversight for NERC requirements, and engineering support for capital projects. Previous roles include Director of Asset Management & Reliability and Manager of Electric Asset Strategy at PSEG, and Director of Complex Project Engineering at National Grid, where McCumiskey expanded engineering teams and managed significant projects across New York State. Additional experience includes engineering management at Keyspan and the Long Island Lighting Company. McCumiskey holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Dowling College.
