Muhammad Monzur Morshed

Muhammad Monzur Morshed is a seasoned engineer specializing in failure analysis within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at pSemi, a Murata Company, since April 2020, Morshed previously held principal and senior engineering roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from September 2015 to April 2020. Earlier experience includes a position as a Development Characterization Engineer at IBM and a research assistant role at Quantum Structures Lab, where expertise in thin film growth and characterization was developed. Morshed began their academic career as a lecturer at United International University and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
