Payman Shanjani

Payman Shanjani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in RF IC design and management. Currently serving as Director of RF Broad-Market Products in IC Design Engineering at pSemi, a Murata Company since November 2021, Payman has previously held positions such as Senior RFIC Design Manager and RFIC Design Manager at Peregrine Semiconductor from August 2015 to November 2021, and Principal RF IC / Mixed Signal Designer at MaxLinear. Prior roles include Senior Staff product manager at Entropic Communications and RF IC designer at Broadcom. Payman also contributed as VP of Program for the Silicon Valley-China Wireless Technology Association, where strategic program development and organization of key industry events were key responsibilities. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
