Rodd Novak

Rodd Novak is an experienced international product management, marketing, and business development executive currently serving as Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Systems, and previously held roles in corporate planning at pSemi, A Murata Company since 2017. With a track record of driving a 30% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) over a decade, Rodd built and led three product divisions generating $220 million in sales and initiated a corporate-wide quality improvement plan, resulting in $60 million of new business and a 20% gross margin enhancement. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Everyone Counts, Inc. and CTS Corporation, where strategic market redirection led to significant revenue growth. Rodd's career began as an Electrical Design Engineer at Northrop Grumman.
