Eyel Demdam

Eyel (Nico) Demdam has extensive experience in recruitment and team management, currently serving as the Recruiting Team Manager at PSG Global Solutions since November 2013. In this role, Demdam oversees a team of recruiters, develops tactical sourcing strategies, and fosters client relationships to drive successful outcomes. Previous experience includes positions in talent acquisition and quality assurance at STARTEK and Stream Global Services, respectively. Demdam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, completed between 2006 and 2008.
