Tracy Zimmerman-Davis

Tracy Zimmerman-Davis possesses extensive experience in human resources and recruiting, currently serving as TA Manager for the Recruiting Coordination Team at Achieve since January 2018, and previously held the position of Supervisor for the Recruiting Coordinators. Prior to Achieve, Tracy worked at Futurestep, a Korn Ferry Company, from November 2014 to January 2018, where responsibilities included Global Onboarding Specialist and Onboarding Coordinator roles. Earlier in the career, Tracy contributed as an HR Administrator and Office Coordinator at Heidrick & Struggles from February 2008 to November 2014.
