Russell de Ocampo

Russell De Ocampo is currently employed as a Customer Service Representative at Viva Energy Retail. Prior to this role, Russell held various positions in the field of Human Resources, including Director for Human Resources at PSG Global Solutions, Chief Human Resource Officer at Highly Succeed, and Head of Human Resources at Find Human Resources Inc. Russell also has experience in training and leadership development, having worked as a Trainer and Training Manager at various companies. Russell is currently a Lecturer/Professor/OJT Coordinator at St. Scholastica's College, teaching Human Resource Management subjects. Russell holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Santo Tomas, a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from San Beda University, and a degree in Registered Nursing from Kester Grant College.
