Kylie Clarke

Kylie Clarke has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources. Kylie started their career as a Senior HR Advisor at The Smiths Snackfood Co Pty Ltd in 2001 and worked there until 2004. Kylie then joined Monadelphous Engineering Pty Ltd, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from 2004 to 2012 and later as a Group Manager - People from February to August 2012. Kylie then moved on to Wild Desert Oil & Gas Field Services, where they served as a Group Human Resources Manager from December 2012 to September 2014. Kylie then joined Dover Artificial Lift - A Dover Company as an HR & HSE Director - Asia Pacific, where they worked from September 2014 to April 2018. Kylie then worked at TWG, A Dover company, as the Director of Human Resources - USA & Canada from April 2018 to August 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources (Global) at PSG, a Dover company, starting from August 2020.

Kylie Clarke obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources Management from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in 2005.
