Steven Rosenberg

Dr. Rosenberg received his doctorate in School Psychology from Kent State University in 1977. Upon graduation, Steve wanted to impact schools in the most efficient and significant ways possible. In 1977 he and several colleagues founded psi, then known as Prevention: Systems Intervention. This predecessor to RTI and systems-wide programming became psi‘s entree into schools in the early days. psi‘s Service parameters varied from standard related service models to programmatic and professional development. Starting with just a few schools in the late ’70s we now serve over 500 in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana with a very wide range of services and service models. psi has over 1000 staff members serving students and school communities.
